Career Span, Inc. provides a full range of outplacement services to employers including:

What makes Career Span a unique and quality outplacement provider?


We are staffed by Nationally Certified Career Counselors (NCCC) and Master Career Counselors (MCC), the highest credential in the career counseling field. This enables our staff to effectively provide each client the opportunity to process the psychological effects of job loss in addition to securing new employment.

We believe addressing the whole person is a vital component to restoring confidence and the necessary energy and focus needed to seek a new job. Anger, fear and grief are normal responses to job loss and must be addressed while also planning for obtaining employment. Our certified career counselors are trained in crisis intervention and are able to assist clients in dealing with the negative impact of job loss.
Our outplacement track is specifically designed to meet the individual needs of each client.


What are the standard procedures for receiving outplacement services?


The outplacement process begins when your company makes the initial contact with Career Span seeking outplacement services. Career Span will contact the referred employee(s) immediately to begin services. We typically assist clients on a weekly basis with hourly appointments. In an initial intake session, the client sets goals and a plan is formulated to obtain new employment.
Our outplacement services packages are available in increments of 8, 16 or 24 sessions.


What is the cost for outplacement services?


The employer is charged a one time fee based upon the number of outplacement sessions due
