Becoming a Highly Effective Performer

In this interactive half-day workshop, participants address the essential skills and attitude necessary to increase workplace performance. Today’s workplace is more stressful than ever with higher demands and less resources to meet them.

Do the following statements reflect your employees’ attitude?

  • I accept the insecurity of a job knowing it is not a guarantee.

The above statements are part of the highly effective performer checklist each participant completes and discusses in group activities.
